The issue is likely to be caused by Event Taps, which is a programming device used to observe and alter the stream of low-level user input events in Mac OS X. If the problem still occurs, it can be due to a conflict with third-party software. Please make sure you use default actions 'Change Spaces Up/Down/Left/Right' not your own keyboard shortcut.
